The check-in process was good. housekeeping was well done baths were clean. Breakfast included real fruits and cereal and other healthy choices. Coffee was good. Clean swimming pool a basic gym with free weights, small kitchen with dish washer, non-quoted pots. Hats off to the cleaning staff, the front desk staff and the management. Maybe management could add some ripe bananas to the breakfast options. We stayed in a spacious and comfortable two-bedroom suite. The pool and grounds are very nice, both for those of us in our party that enjoyed swimming and for the others who enjoyed the outdoor gardens and patios for relaxing. The breakfast was one of the best we have had with plenty of comfortable seating. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Arial at the front desk was professional, pleasant, and empathetic when my reservation at another hotel didn't work out. She was working hard to accommodate multiple guests and remained courteous and kind to all. She makes this hotel stand out! The room was large and included a kitchen. If looking for a comfortable extended stay, this is a great choice. Everything worked well, and the room was clean. The location was good--close to the Broward Mall, restaurants. and a hospial was within walking or a short ride service trip. Airport was about 20 mins by car. I paid $35 for one way Uber to the airport from this hotel.

The front desk staff and the gentleman, I think his name is Pierre, who patrols the hallways and picks up your bags of garbage etc were so friendly and helpful and interested in us. They really made us feel valued. The rooms are like little apartments and were great. They have also returned to giving you soft and firm pillows so I did not have to order a soft pillow from amazon this trip.

The assistant manager Ms Shemma and night shift supervisor Ms Genie was phenomenal ladies on my my stay they show compassion excellent leadership any concerns they handle it wonderful I do appreciate you both thank you both for all you do also thank to the hard working housekeepers and housemen that line of work is not easy at all a huge thank you for all you do I love it the breakfast selection need to add waffles asap ....

The front desk clerk on weekdays was superb and you can't beat the location. With a supermarket a few hundred yards away and a shopping mall not far it's in a great spot.

The room was awesome. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had to rush in our mornings during our stay, so the breakfast available was an advantage. I loved the breakfast provided, it had plenty of choices and was fresh. When we visit the area in the future, I found our home away from home. The staff were awesome as well, and friendly.

The suite was great. I would definitely stay for an extended stay. We only had 2 days. It very clean. The small kitchen was very convenient as I have food restrictions and I could refrigerate the things I brought. The staff was so kind. A special shout out to Shema.

This a great place for our needs. We needed a two bedroom suite with full bathrooms in both rooms. We were able to have our elderly parents with us and allow privacy. A previous negative response stated this place didn't have a working elevator. Actually, they have two operating elevators.
